Agreement to these terms
By using this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who we are
This site is operated by Atlas Sales AI LLC, doing business as Atlas Sales, a California limited liability company.
Who may use this site
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you apply on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
What this site is
Everything here is provided for information. It is not advice — legal, financial, tax or otherwise — and it is not an offer to enter into an agreement.
Applying does not create an engagement
Submitting an application, being invited to an Atlas Audit, or speaking with us does not create a client relationship, a partnership, a joint venture, an employment relationship, or any obligation on either side. Atlas decides who it works with, and may decline any application for any reason or none.
Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
If we work together, that work is governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and Atlas Sales AI LLC. That agreement controls, and it overrides anything written on this website.
No guarantee of results
Atlas does not guarantee any level of sales, revenue, cash collected, close rate, show rate, or return on investment. Sales results depend on factors outside our control, including your offer, your pricing, your lead volume and quality, your fulfilment, your market, and your own participation. Any figures on this site are one of two things, and neither is a promise about you: a standard we train and manage our people to, or the documented historical track record of Atlas leadership earned at other companies. Historical results are not a prediction. Your results will be your own, and they may be lower. Any example, illustration or scenario shown on this site is exactly that. It does not represent a typical outcome, an average, or a client result.
What you send us
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Do not submit anything false, anything belonging to someone else, or anything you are not permitted to share. By submitting information you give Atlas permission to use it to evaluate and respond to your application.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works, to submit automated or fraudulent applications, to scrape it, or to attempt to gain access to anything you are not authorised to reach.
Intellectual property
The Atlas Sales name, the Atlas Sales logo and marks, the Atlas System, Atlas Academy, all site content, copy, design, graphics, video and training materials are owned by Atlas Sales AI LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights reserved. You may view and share links to this site. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt, sell, or create derivative works from any of it without our prior written permission.
Third-party links
This site may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, their accuracy, or their privacy practices.
Text messages
If you opt in, Atlas sends text messages about your application and, if we work together, your engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of applying to, or purchasing anything from, Atlas. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Disclaimer of warranties
This site and its content are provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Sales AI LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of this website — even if we have been advised such damages are possible. Our total liability relating to this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. This section does not apply to a signed engagement agreement, which contains its own terms.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlas Sales AI LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of this site, your submissions, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
If part of this is unenforceable
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force, and the unenforceable provision will be applied as closely as possible to its original intent.
