Privacy Policy

You are handing us information about your business so we can decide whether we can help you. We use it for exactly that. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not trade it, and we do not share it with other applicants, other clients, or anyone's marketing list. It stays inside Atlas and the systems we use to run Atlas.

This site is operated by Atlas Sales AI LLC, doing business as Atlas Sales, a California limited liability company. When this policy says “we”, “us” or “Atlas”, it means that company.

We only collect what you give us, plus basic technical details that come with any web request.

• Information you submit through an application form: your name, work email address, phone number, company name, website, revenue band, offer price band, lead flow, current sales team, timeline, and the free-text answers you write.
• Information collected automatically with your submission: the page URL you applied from, any campaign (UTM) parameters in that URL, and standard technical data such as IP address and browser type.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, bank details, government identification numbers, or any sensitive personal information.

Internal use only. Specifically:

• To review your application and decide whether Atlas is a fit for your business.
• To contact you about that application.
• If we work together, to match your offer with the right sales professionals and to run the engagement.
• To understand which marketing channels bring us qualified applicants, in aggregate.

That is the complete list. We do not use your information to train advertising audiences, and we do not use it to market anything other than Atlas to you.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

If you consent to text messages, we send them only about your application and, if we work together, your engagement. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of text messages does not affect your application — we will still reach you by email. We retain your number after an opt-out only for as long as needed to honour that opt-out.

We use a small number of service providers to run Atlas, and they process your information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector — the CRM we use to receive, review and manage applications.
• Our website host and email provider.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights. If Atlas is ever sold or merged, information may transfer as part of that business, and this policy will continue to apply to it.

Atlas has never sold personal information and does not sell it. We also do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. There is nothing to opt out of, because we do not do it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you send us, including encrypted transmission, access limited to the Atlas personnel who work applications, and providers who maintain their own security programs. No method of transmitting or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we treat your business information the way we would want ours treated.

We keep application information for as long as we need it to evaluate the application and, if we work together, for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Send you a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Correct anything that is wrong.
• Delete it.
• Stop contacting you by any or all channels.

Email michael@atlassales.io and we will respond. Depending on where you live — including if you are a California resident — you may have these rights by law, and we extend them to everyone regardless. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

This site uses only the cookies and local storage needed to make it work. If we add analytics later, we will update this page before we do.

This site and our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will say so here.
